田母神行政書士事務所は、法務の専門家として、正しい手続きを通じて外国人と日本人が互いに信頼し、安心して共に暮らせる社会を実現することを使命としています。

私たちは、単に書類を作成するだけでなく、時に人と人、国と国を結ぶ「確かな架け橋」となり、時に法的なリスクから皆さまの生活と社会のルールを守る「信頼の盾」となる存在を目指します。

プロフィール

慶應義塾大学にて美学美術史学と法律学の二つの学位を取得後、明治大学大学院法務研究科（法科大学院）を修了し、法務博士（専門職）を取得。

法科大学院で研鑽を積んだ緻密な法的思考力（リーガルマインド）を礎に、特定行政書士として国際法務・許認可・行政不服申立てなどの専門領域に対応いたします。

また、長年トフルゼミナールやアテネ・フランセ、官公庁、大学等での英語教育に従事し、現在は株式会社オデッセイ・グローバルの代表取締役社長も務めています。教育と実務の両面で培った高度な語学力と、著作権相談員・不当要求防止責任者としての知見を最大限に活用し、依頼者の皆さまの権利を守る良きパートナーとして尽力してまいります。

After earning degrees in Aesthetics and Law from Keio University, I completed the Juris Doctor (J.D.) program at Meiji University Graduate School of Law.

Based on a rigorous legal mind cultivated through years of academic training, I serve as a Specific Administrative Scrivener dedicated to handling international legal affairs, licensing, and administrative appeals.

My background also includes extensive experience in English education at government agencies and universities. Combining high-level linguistic skills with expertise as a Copyright Advisor and Unjust Demand Prevention Professional, I am committed to being a reliable partner who protects the rights and interests of my clients.
